About
We don’t just say goodbye to our fellows, associates, or staff after their time working with us, they become part of our BetaNYC Alum community. The Alum community is a network for past BetaNYC folks to connect, share experiences, and build professional relationships. Our goal is for alums to find support amongst each other by knowledge sharing and developing new working relationships so they can stay connected to the NYC public interest technology community.

Alum events
We host in-person or virtual alum events throughout the year. They include casual mixers, alum panels, LinkedIn and resume-building workshops, game nights, and more. We provide events to keep our alum network connected so alums can learn from each other, connect on job prospects, and where we can identify how to support them best as their personal and professional experience develops.
Monthly newsletters for alums
