NYC Open Data Week 2025 📣
Thank you to everyone who has submitted their ideas for NYC Open Data Week, School of Data, and Data Through Design! If you are working on your proposal, there are seven days left. The deadline to submit it is next Friday, November 1, at 11:59pm. Learn more about this year’s criteria and submit your proposal at open-data.nyc.

This Week in NYC Civic Tech / Gov Watch 🏛️
Early voting starts TOMORROW! Here’s what you need to know:
- Tomorrow, October 26 is the deadline to apply for an early mail ballot, absentee ballot, and voter registration via mail, online, email, or fax. It is also the last day to register to vote in-person.
- Early voting takes place from tomorrow, October 26, through November 3. Find your poll site and hours.
- Need help finding your districts? Our Boundaries Map provides the most up-to-date legislative and community districts.
- Next week, Wed, October 30th, City Council is hosting a hearing on a NEW Charter Revision commission. Hearing information is posted on LRS, and you can sign up to testify on the Council’s website.

Through workshops and training, the initiative aims to make AI more accessible and impactful for nonprofits, fostering innovation to address community challenges.
